Honda Light Paint

I love the way light is conveyed in a Light Painting. It can transform an ordinary subject ~ should it be on a table top, a building or as in this case, a motorbike.

As a member of Buncrana Camera Club I was asked to present a session on Light Painting. I’m no expert but I have been doing as much as I can to improve my skills. I have a long way to go but it’s an area of photography I’m really enthusiastic about. The final image is constructed from about thirty images put together in Photoshop. It wasn’t an easy shoot as the space in the hall, the background and the visor on the bike, all presented different challenges. Thanks to Lawrence for bringing his beautiful Honda on a dark and wet evening.
