Bouncy Castle

When I write here on this blog I have been trying to tell a story of my progress in photography. Sometimes it doesn't feel like there is much in the way of progress ~ I get stuck. Recently I’ve been working at the Harold Ross Light Painting course but whereas before I thought I was reasonably proficient now I realise I am but a novice. My habit is usually to go buy some piece of equipment that I think I MUST have to help me, something that will make my photography so much better. It doesn’t work. I think I’ve said it before, I suffer from GAS ~ Gear Acquisition Syndrome!

Time to go

Happy Days

So where does the Bouncy Castle come in you may well ask? It was our granddaughter’s fifth birthday party and as usual I pull out the camera and look for the opportunities the event might provide. Photography doesn’t always have a project, it can be just seizing the opportunity to capture the moment. Sure enough I was very pleased with what I managed to capture ~ enough to post a couple of them here.
