Mossy

A big shout out to David M Bird for the inspiration. He makes the most wonderful characters known as Becorns. I love bird photography in my garden so I decided to use some of the materials I had scavenged from here and there to create a friend for the birds. So Mossy was born ~ named by Aoife our granddaughter. I used a pine cone, twigs, an apricot kernel, tree bark and a walnut shell ~ oh and of course some moss for his hair! Placed on a moss covered log in the garden it didn’t take long for the birds to find their favourite sunflower seed hearts.
